TechNode (hereinafter the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in order to protect users' personal information securely.
1. Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection
The Company collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the service. You may use the service anonymously without a separate sign-up, and the items collected are as follows.

※ The Company does not collect unique identifying information such as resident registration numbers, nor any sensitive information. We encourage users to take care that uploaded images do not contain information that can identify an individual (e.g., photos of people).
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
- Generating and returning the processing results requested by the user, such as image background removal and standardization
- Responding to inquiries and quotes, and providing notices about the beta launch
- Applying service usage limits, preventing fraudulent use and abuse, and ensuring stable service operation
- (Upon conversion to a paid plan) Fee settlement and payment processing
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

4. Provision to Third Parties and Entrustment of Processing
The Company does not sell users' personal information externally, nor provide it to third parties without consent. However, in order to provide the service, the Company entrusts certain tasks as follows.

When entering into entrustment agreements, the Company manages and supervises entrustees in accordance with relevant laws so that personal information is handled securely. Some entrustees may have servers located overseas, in which case protective measures under relevant laws are applied.
5. Users' Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users may at any time request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information. If you make a request to the contact below, we will act without delay. In the case of anonymous use without a separate sign-up, uploaded images are destroyed immediately after processing, so a separate deletion request is not necessary.
6. Destruction of Personal Information
Once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the relevant information is destroyed without delay. Information in the form of electronic files is deleted by a method that makes recovery and reproduction impossible, and uploaded images are discarded from memory immediately upon completion of processing.
7. Cookies and Other Automatic Collection Devices
The Company does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. It processes only the minimum technical data necessary for operations, such as applying service usage limits.
8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS) applied
- Access control through separation of processing tokens and access privileges, and authentication
- Non-permanent processing of uploaded images (destroyed immediately after processing)

10. Duty to Notify
If the contents of this privacy policy are added to, deleted, or modified, the Company will announce the changes through this page before they take effect. This policy reflects the operational status during the beta service phase, and will be supplemented and updated with business registration information and the like upon the official launch of the service and completion of business registration.
